Hi! 👋

My name is Bruno Padilha aka Padz. I have over 17 years of experience in the infrastructure engineering, with the last 8 years specifically focused on reliability engineering, container orchestration, and solutions design.

Currently, I am a Staff Engineer at Pier Seguradora, the first digital insurance company in Brazil. I have had experiences as a tech lead and engineering manager, but what I really enjoy is being on the more technical side of things. I have worked in medium and large companies, witnessed data centers flooding, and participated in heated black Friday nights.
